PLSNYC

New York · Since 1998

The art of the effortless arrival.

For twenty-five years, the finest houses in New York have entrusted us with their guests. A car already waiting. A chauffeur who already knows. An evening that asks nothing of you.

25yrs In Service
24/7 Dispatch
100% Owned Fleet
01

A fleet of our own, inspected daily

Mechanical condition, cabin presentation, amenities — every car we own is checked each morning before it takes a guest. On the days a job outgrows our fleet, we extend only through affiliate partners we have vetted and used for years, never an unknown car sent by a broker.

02

Chauffeurs, not drivers

Professionally trained, background-checked, and held to the etiquette of the properties we serve: the door held, the name known, the conversation offered only when it is welcome.

03

Discretion as policy

Our passengers include names you would recognize. You will never hear them from us. Privacy is not a feature of this service — it is the service.

04

A human answers your call — never AI, never a call center

For over two decades the same family has run this company. When something matters, you speak to someone who can decide — not a call center reading from a script.

05

Early, at every hour

Dispatch runs twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year — including the holidays, when the city needs it most. The car is early so that you are never late.

The Fleet

Owned, garaged, and inspected by us.

Every car in the fleet is ours — garaged and inspected each morning in Long Island City. When a day calls for more cars than we own, we extend only through affiliate partners we have vetted and worked with for years.

The Record · Four Files

The work, without the names.

Four movements, taken from our dispatch log and published with everything identifying removed. What remains is the only part that was ever ours to show — what was asked of us, and what we did about it. Twenty-four hours a day, three hundred sixty-five days a year.

File 01 — Arrivals & Departures PLS/ARR/██████
GuestWithheld Requested byConcierge desk, Withheld MovementPrivate arrival, Withheld → Upper East Side VehicleMercedes-Maybach S 580 VarianceLanded 41 minutes early — no call required

The aircraft was tracked from wheels-up, not from the schedule. When the arrival moved, the car moved with it. The guest walked out of the terminal to an open door and never learned there had been a change.

Ten cars moving as one is not ten reservations. Every vehicle was staged before the doors opened, loaded to a manifest so nobody hunted for their car, and held together when the day ran long. It reached the client as a single line on a single monthly invoice.

Every evening of this kind runs late. The convoy is timed to the room rather than the clock, entrances are made at the door instead of the corner, and one person on our end holds the whole night together so nobody in the party has to.

File 04 — As Directed PLS/ASD/██████
GuestWithheld ResidenceWithheld MovementHourly — Madison Avenue, Withheld, downtown VehicleMercedes-Benz S-Class VarianceExtended twice — neither required a phone call

An afternoon with no schedule attached to it. Purchases were carried and kept in the car, the hours ran on without anyone having to ask, and personal time was handled with exactly the discretion the business hours are.

Completed

The discretion you are reading is the same discretion that will one day be yours.

Four ways a car stops being transport.

Open any of the four. Each runs on the same dispatch board, the same owned fleet, and the same chauffeurs — the difference is only what the night asks for.
